Key Responsibilities:
- Business Analysis & Requirements Gathering:
- Work with stakeholders to identify business needs and translate them into functional requirements.
- Conduct gap analysis between business requirements and Linga POS system capabilities.
- Document workflows, processes, and system enhancements.
- System Configuration & Implementation:
- Configure Linga POS products to meet business and operational needs.
- Ensure seamless integration with third-party applications and payment gateways.
- Conduct system testing, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.
- User Training & Support:
- Provide training to end-users and support teams on Linga product functionalities.
- Assist in troubleshooting system issues and coordinating with technical teams for resolution.
- Data Analysis & Reporting:
- Analyze transactional data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using Linga’s reporting tools.
- Project Management & Stakeholder Communication:
- Work closely with internal teams, vendors, and clients to ensure successful project execution.
- Prepare status reports and provide updates on system enhancements and issue resolutions.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Experience:
- 3-5+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst, preferably in POS systems, retail, or hospitality technology.
- Hands-on experience with Linga POS products is highly preferred.
- Technical Skills:
- Strong understanding of POS system architecture, payment processing, and integrations.
- Experience with API integrations, SQL queries, and data mapping.
- Familiarity with cloud-based POS solutions and mobile POS applications.
- Soft Skills:
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
